It has been a crazy day. Everything planned fell through and small emergencies took over. I was able to get in at the last minute to get "light box" for my rare lymphomatic skin cancer (have I ever mentioned that? I better look back) and as I walked back to my car, my daughter called in despair. A one hour dentist visit turned into over 3 hours with a cavity under her crown deep into the bone. So for once I was the one helping out, running for meds and comfort goodies. I bought her a small basket and filled it with puzzles, candy, lip gloss and,,, Drum Roll, Please....Cadbury Cream Eggs.
Still a little out of it, I drove my grand angels to their Karate Class and home via 7-11 for slurpees, cream cheese taquitos and chips.
Lymphomatoid Papulosis. My diagnosis in 1997, It is very rare, no known cause and no cure but various treatments. Many doctors still have not heard of it. It was named in the mid 1970's. The disease alone will not kill me, but it increases my chances of Non Hodgkins by 30%.  Blood tests every 3 months and 6 methotrexate pills a week, plus the narrow band rays in a light box have helped me keep in in a lower grade. That is for another day. Some have it worse than others, there's different ways of manifestation on the skin.
Dan is still limping and wore another patch tonight but it looks to be decreasing in swelling.
Sorry, if I was all over the map tonight. Still jittery from an active day.
